What is Emotion Code

Emotion Code is a gentle, non-invasive energy-based process that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy stored in the body. Using a method known as The Emotion Code, I work intuitively to uncover emotional imprints that may be contributing to:

Anxiety or overwhelm Emotional heaviness

  • Physical tension or discomfort

  • Feeling stuck or disconnected

  • Patterns you can’t seem to break

Once identified, these emotions are released, allowing your system to reset and restore balance.

How it Works

Sessions are done remotely, meaning you don’t need to be physically present.

With your permission, I tune into your energy and use a structured method to:

  1. Identify trapped emotions

  2. Pinpoint when they were formed

  3. Gently release them from your system

You don’t need to relive anything or talk through details—your body already knows what’s ready to go.

Why I Do This Work

As a therapist, I deeply value talk-based work.
But I also know that insight doesn’t always equal release. I’ve always believed that healing isn’t just cognitive, it’s also stored in the body.

This work allows me to support people in a different way, beyond words; helping release what talking alone sometimes can’t reach.

You can understand your patterns… and still feel stuck in them.

This work goes a layer deeper; helping shift what’s happening beneath the surface, in the body and nervous system.

It’s not a replacement for therapy, it’s a different doorway into healing.

You are in control of what you’re ready to release, and your system will only let go of what feels safe to process.
